Day 22:
A little something to ponder!

I started watching the series "Brain Games" on Netflix recently. In one of the episodes they talk about how light and shadow play a huge part in the way we perceive things around us. It got me thinking if the world we think we know is actually the way we think it is! Who knows? There may be many dimensions that we don't know.
The show also talks about colors being just a way for our mind to differentiate between various things like sea, sand etc. What if one day our brains get wired differently and we start seeing things completely different! I remember watching the movie "Interstellar", where I really couldn't picture the climax of the movie. My mind couldn't comprehend the dimensions they showed there. What if it actually exists in this world and one day I wake up and find it. That sure would be scary to think about it now.
There is so much to learn and experience in this world.

If we spend some time watching such shows and thinking a little about the world, it surely brightens up our mood.

I have the habit of browsing for new recipes, making some modifications and trying them out. I also have the habit of not making a note of the ingredients and the way of cooking later. So, in future when I try to reproduce the same recipe(since I liked it the first time) I am lost completely. So to address the above issue :), let me make a note for myself about a recipe that I tried and liked. No fancy stuff! Just simple steps! Sorry no pics today.. I tried Chana masala today and I liked it a lot. So here is how it goes, Chana Masala Soak kabul chana the previous night. Bake it in the pressure cooker with a little water. In a pan, add oil. Saute cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger, garlic, green chilies, onion, tomato, turmeric, melon seeds. Once the above m...
